Brue Valley Farms is a group of three family farms, set in the beautiful Somerset countryside below Glastonbury Tor, which produces top quality hand made farmhouse cheddar cheese.

The traditions and skills of making cheese have been handed down from generation to generation - cheesemaking is an art as well as a science. Brue Valley cheeses allow today’s consumers to enjoy real cheese with a distinctive taste and flavour.

West Country Farmhouse Cheddar

West Country Farmhouse Cheddar is honoured with Protected Designation of Origin status, meaning that it can be made only in the four counties of Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. This West Country Farmhouse Cheddar has a firm texture and a strong, nutty flavour that deliciously lingers in the mouth and beautifully compliments another West Country speciality - strong dry cider.
